Ingenious is fully compliant with the latest GDPR regulations. For delivering seamless services to you, we share your data with select authorized and licensed third-party service providers (partners). All partners of Ingenious, including Eventify (eventify.io) are GDPR-compliant.

We are committed to keeping your personal, financial, and other related information safe at all times. The information you provide is encrypted and stored in our secure database. Please note that Ingenious will never use/copy/sell/share your information to any unauthorized third-party for advertising/marketing purposes without your consent.

We also request you to be vigilant about your own data security while downloading or visiting Ingenious’ app and site. Make sure that your account credentials are secure, use a trusted system to complete your transaction(s), and your internet connection is not acting up. Retention of Data

Ingenious will retain your personal data for a time-period that is deemed to be ‘reasonably necessary’. However, in general, information is not retained after a period of 1 year. IP addresses are removed after 60 days.

When you transact with Ingenious, you are protected by all relevant GDPR regulations. The rights you retain are as follows:
